Не люблю переводы песен - красиво не получится, да и подпевать однозначно лучше на языке оригинала. НО, понимаю, что для связности в понимании текста может не хватать некоторых слов. Здесь - практически все из курса средней школы, добавлю некоторые, может кто забыл:

teasing - поддразнивая,
So you are blue - итак, ты грустишь... (ах, я такой потеряный-растеряный- несчастный - игра такая в "завлекалочки")
chick - цыпочка,
chat - поболтать,

slow down - "помедленнее"

Chiquitita - Sinead O'Connor.

Новый всплеск интереса к песням ABBA посетил нас этим летом. Вышедшая прошлым летом экранизация мюзикла "Мама миа!" теперь пойдёт по телеэкранам. И вот - во всех ТВ-анонсах поются "Gimme,gimme" и "SOS"... Честно, я очень люблю песни ABBA, Мэрил Стрип, Пирса Броснана и очень жду августа, когда у нас будут показывать этот фильм по цифровому каналу.

А вот совершенно непривычная в свете ABBA-мании трактовка песни "Chiquitita" (малышка, в переводе с испанского), в исполннии Шинейд О'Конор. Но как хорошо, как в тему, душевно... Песенка достойна того, что бы мы подпевали "в минуты душевной невзгоды" и очень проста для понимания, даже для начинающих. Я на всякий случай перевела: что бы помочь уж совсем начинающим влюбиться в незамысловатые стихи (не в перевод! он достаточно коряв и сделан "токмо заради понятности") и подпевать.

Ещё одна песня из Mamma Mia! Когда её поёт Мэрил Стрип, она звучит больше "о любви"... о чувствах. Более романтично, что ли. Немного не так, как в 70-е у АВВА. Мэрил веришь - так всё и было!
Я очень люблю эту актрису. Она такая разная, и каждый раз настоящая - и в комедии, и в серьёзном фильме. Нашла сайт о ней, с фильмографией. Зайдите - почитайте. С удовольстием бы пересмотрела многие из фильмов.
